"Our Philosphy":

• Our courses are competitively priced.

  Minimum of 12 tutor contact hours in English daily including weekends!

Costs included in Course cost:

• all course materials, except grammar books, dictionaries are supplied for usage during the course.

• excursions (no entrance fees).

Costs included in 'Tagungspauschale':

• English breakfast
• coffee-, tea-break with biscuits / fruit
• light lunch (with dessert)
• 5 o’clock tea with a sweet snack
• dinner (2-3 courses)
• and one drink per meal (no alcohol during daytime, one glass of beer or wine with [the evening] dinner).
• Training room with cooled mineral water and the usual technical equipment (TV, video recorder, video camera, OHP, flip chart etc.) is also included.
• The course participants have their own single bedroom with their own or en-suite bath / shower room & lavatory. All rooms are equipped with room safe, work desk, TV, radio alarm clock etc.
• Free broadband wireless internet access for all course participants.

Airport transfers:

BET Ltd. organises the airport transfer (taxis from Brede are much cheaper than ‘airport taxis’), however, we will pass on the cost of the 'taxi' at present the cost for a pick-up from London Heathrow is from £ 100,- (this includes £ 5,- for carpark - if flights are delayed this rises sharply) and drop-off at London Heathrow from £ 90,-. We can only presume these prices will rise with the fuel price. These costs are divided fairly amongst the participants of each course.

BET Ltd. does not make any profit on this, we just pass on the cost.

During the course every participant will receive a bill for the course cost transferable to our account in Germany, no cheques or bank charges can be accepted.

The Accommodation (Tagungspauschale) and Aiport transfers are payable per credit card in Brede/England during the course. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express Card.

Cancellation fees for ‘Accommodation & Course cost’ :

25% after registration, 100% immediately after cancellation within 15 working days before the start of the course.

Postponements within the same periods are classed as cancellations and treated in the same way.

Please note: We can only accept written cancellations.

Substitutes can be nominated, however, they must be tested and approved by BET Ltd. to ensure their suitability to the specific course, topic and level.
